Actress Han So Hee's height and weight have garnered significant attention, particularly her experience of gaining nearly 10kg for the Netflix series 'My Name' and her regular body management routine. She revealed that her weight, which was around 44-45kg during the filming of 'The World of the Married', increased to 53-54kg after undergoing intense action training.
With a height of 165cm, Han So Hee was quite slender at 44-45kg during 'The World of the Married'. However, to perform the demanding action sequences in 'My Name', she trained at an action school for approximately three months. This increased physical activity naturally led to a greater food intake, causing her weight to rise to 53-54kg. She candidly shared that this 10kg increase was not solely muscle, but also included a significant amount of fat.
For her daily body management, Han So Hee drinks lemon water on an empty stomach in the morning, adheres to a two-meal-a-day principle (hearty lunch, light dinner), and fasts after 7 PM. She also maintains her physique by running 5km three to four times a week and practicing Pilates.
