Suzy's diet and body management methods are currently a hot topic. She successfully lost 8kg during her Miss A activities and has maintained consistent self-management since, particularly enjoying ballet, which has garnered significant attention. In the past, she also practiced fasting after 6 PM.
Suzy's initial diet plan was strict, consisting of chicken breast, sweet potato, and low-fat milk for breakfast; brown rice and salad for lunch; and one to two sweet potatoes for dinner. Later, her diet evolved to include two boiled eggs or Greek yogurt, fruit, and half a sweet potato for breakfast; half a bowl of brown or multi-grain rice, protein (chicken, fish, tofu), and vegetable side dishes for lunch; and chicken breast, tofu, eggs, and other proteins with vegetables, plus a small amount of sweet potato or rice for dinner. She also emphasized reducing high-sodium foods to manage lower body swelling.
Currently, Suzy focuses less on a fixed diet plan and more on consciously controlling her food intake while consistently engaging in exercises she enjoys. She has stated that ballet is much more fun than personal training and regularly practices it. In the past, she also incorporated weight training and running. This indicates a shift towards sustainable, healthy body management rather than short-term weight loss.
