RESCENE Featured in You Quiz: Kwon Soon-mi and Min Anny Gain Attention

Individuals who previously appeared in girl group RESCENE's videos are now gaining significant public attention after their appearances on tvN's 'You Quiz on the Block'. Notably, Kwon Soon-mi, the 22nd head family daughter-in-law of the Icheon Seo clan's Yanggyeonggong branch, has captivated audiences with her enjoyment of motorcycles, a departure from traditional images of head family matriarchs. Additionally, 85-year-old romance cartoonist Min Anny has become a hot topic for her drawing of Yoo Jae-suk as a romantic fantasy male lead.

Kwon Soon-mi, who upholds a family lineage spanning over 600 years, enjoyed scuba diving and driving four-wheel-drive vehicles even before marriage. She gained online fame from a RESCENE video showing her riding a Harley-Davidson with her husband. Min Anny, a first-generation Korean romance cartoonist active since the 1960s, started a YouTube channel at her daughter's suggestion, posting idol drawings including BTS's Jimin and RESCENE's Won-i, thereby attracting new fans. The romantic fantasy-style drawing of Yoo Jae-suk revealed on You Quiz showcases her unique artistic flair.

Bloggers express admiration for Kwon Soon-mi's ability to maintain family traditions while embracing a modern lifestyle. They also marvel at Min Anny's artwork, noting that her drawing of Yoo Jae-suk, while idealized, still retains his recognizable features. Many are particularly moved and respectful of Min Anny's continued pursuit of new challenges at 85 years old.
