The music video depicts a short story where Kim Young-ok commits a crime to join Na Moon-hee, a prison guard, in the same prison, fostering their bond. Director Jeon Go-woon revealed that IU's team initially suggested a story about grandmothers, and the agency proposed casting the two actresses who are known to be close friends. Kim Young-ok, born in 1938, and Na Moon-hee, born in 1941, met as first-generation MBC voice actors in 1961 and have maintained their friendship for 65 years.
During filming, IU arrived in Gwangju at 5 AM to personally decorate the waiting area for the actresses and purchased snacks from a famous tteok (rice cake) shop, demonstrating meticulous care.
