Kang Mina Clarifies Kian84's Marriage Proposal Flirting Was Scripted for Content

Actress Kang Mina has addressed the much-talked-about marriage proposal flirting scenes with webtoon artist and broadcaster Kian84 in their YouTube content. While their natural chemistry and Kian84's direct advances led to speculation about a real romantic interest, Kang Mina clarified in a recent interview that these scenes were part of a script designed for content 'build-up.'

Kang Mina explained that Kian84's proposal-like flirting was a narrative device intended to set up a later 'Squid AI' concept. Kian84 had actively pursued Kang Mina by mentioning marriage, ideal types, and emphasizing his height, creating a 'straightforward flirting' dynamic. Despite their 15-year age difference, the duo showcased a natural, 'everyday life romance' chemistry, capturing viewers' attention. Kang Mina's reactions, often a mix of surprise and playful banter to Kian84's eccentric remarks, were highlighted as a key element of their on-screen chemistry.

Although some viewers speculated about a real relationship between them, Kang Mina's clarification confirmed that it was a conceptual setup for the content. Bloggers noted that while the chemistry between Kang Mina and Kian84 was a production choice for entertainment, Kian84's unpretentious demeanor and Kang Mina's authentic responses resonated strongly with audiences. It was also suggested that Kian84's unique personality and lifestyle, well-portrayed in the broadcasts, contributed to his widespread popularity.
