Byun Yo-han and Kim Go-eun's past dating rumors were officially denied by their agencies

As actor Byun Yo-han recently garnered attention for his marriage to Tiffany Young, past dating rumors involving Kim Go-eun have resurfaced. Byun Yo-han and Kim Go-eun are known to be senior and junior alumni from the Korea National University of Arts, and while dating rumors emerged in 2013, both agencies officially denied them at the time.

The two were classmates in the 10th class of KNUA's acting department, a cohort often referred to as a 'golden class,' which has produced numerous talented actors including Kim Go-eun, Byun Yo-han, Park So-dam, Lim Ji-yeon, Lee Yoo-young, and Kim Sung-cheol. Byun Yo-han debuted in 2011 with a short film and gained public recognition for his role as Han Seok-yul in the drama 'Misaeng,' while Kim Go-eun debuted in 2012 with the film 'Eungyo' and recently achieved '10-million-viewer actor' status with 'Exhuma.'

Bloggers emphasize that the dating rumors between Byun Yo-han and Kim Go-eun were not true, and that they maintained a close senior-junior friendship. Specifically, it is noted that online screenshots of messages cannot be verified as actual conversations, making it inappropriate to definitively state that they were in a past relationship.
