Actor Kang Ha Neul is gaining attention for his first venture into voice acting with the animated film 'Agami'. This work is based on Gu Byeong Mo's novel, telling the story of Gon, a boy thrown into deep water. Kang Ha Neul plays Kang Ha, who is family, friend, and the entire world to Gon, expressing the character's emotional changes from adolescence to adulthood solely through his voice.
'Agami' premiered on September 9, 2026, directed by Ahn Jae Hoon. At the press screening on August 26, Kang Ha Neul humbly remarked that his voice acting felt like he "just added a spoon," and described his character Kang Ha as "a person whose worldview changes and grows thanks to Gon." Jung Hae In voices Gon, Lee Chung Ah voices Haeryu, and Yoo Jae Myung voices the Old Man, completing the cast.
Bloggers highlight that Jung Hae In and Kang Ha Neul subtly conveyed character emotions using only their voices, not their faces, noting that knowing the actors' voices enhances immersion in the characters. Kang Ha Neul also stated that adding his voice to an animation felt unique, suggesting that this film will be a new challenge for the actors and a special experience for the audience.
