Taean Sinduri Coastal Dunes, designated as Natural Monument No. 431 and selected as one of Korea's Top 100 Tourist Attractions, is the largest sand dune area in South Korea. Located on the west coast, this unique geological formation offers an exotic, desert-like landscape, providing visitors with a mysterious and captivating experience.
The dunes are open from 9 AM to 6 PM from March to October, and from 9 AM to 5 PM from November to February, with free admission. Parking is available for free at the public parking lot in front of the Sinduri Dune Center.
