Former ENHYPEN Member Evan Debuts Solo, ENHYPEN Continues as Six-Member Group

In Korea, former ENHYPEN member Heeseung, now known as Evan, has launched his solo career with his first mini-album 'DEATH OF ME' on September 7, 2026. This move follows his departure from ENHYPEN six months prior, driven by his desire to pursue a distinct musical direction as a solo artist.

Evan officially left ENHYPEN on March 10, 2026, after approximately six years of group activities since his debut in 2020. He clarified during his album showcase that his decision to go solo was the result of extensive discussions with his agency, BELIFT LAB, with whom he maintains his contract. ENHYPEN, originally a seven-member group formed through Mnet's 'I-LAND,' now operates as a six-member unit consisting of Jungwon, Jay, Jake, Sunghoon, Sunoo, and Niki, continuing their unique concept-driven music.
