The Suseongmot Festival was successfully held for three days from September 18 to 20, 2026, around Daegu's Suseongmot Lake. As a representative lake attraction in Daegu, the festival featured various performances and citizen participation programs, offering abundant enjoyment to autumn visitors. The music fireworks show, in particular, was a highlight of the festival, drawing significant anticipation.
The festival was organized into seven zones, including Sanghwa Garden, the Water Stage, and the Cherry Blossom Promenade, presenting diverse performances such as K-Arts Fantasy, water concerts, the 'Pa' water dance party, and the Suseong Happiness Concert. Experiential booths for children, offering custom Ttobi balloons, free succulent plants, and cookie and cupcake making, were also popular among families. Music fireworks shows illuminated the night sky at 9 PM on both the opening and closing days.
Bloggers noted that the Suseongmot Festival offered so many attractions from day to night that a single day felt too short. For viewing the fireworks, they recommended spots around the Water Stage or along the promenade, where the reflections on the lake could also be enjoyed. Public transportation was strongly advised to avoid traffic congestion.
