2026 Imsil N Cheese Festival: A Complete Guide to Imsil Cheese Theme Park and Okjeongho Bungeoseom

The 12th Imsil N Cheese Festival is scheduled to take place in Imsil, Jeollabuk-do, for four days from October 8th to 11th, 2026. Recognized as a preliminary cultural tourism festival by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the best festival in Jeollabuk-do, this event spans Imsil Cheese Theme Park, Imsil Cheese Village, and the Imsil-eup area. Coinciding with the Hangeul Day holiday, it is particularly popular with families. Admission is free, though various paid experiential programs are available.

The festival grounds are divided into 10 squares, offering a variety of activities such as special stage performances, fondue experiences, rice pizza making, a kids' cafe, food stalls, traditional games, cheese making, and wood-fired pizza experiences. Notably, a new 'Happy Pangpang Cheese Kids Land' has been established in the Rose Kids Zone for families with children, featuring four types of air bounce, slides, castle-shaped rides, bubble and magic shows, and kids' busking. The entire festival venue is also adorned with 43,000 chrysanthemum flowers, transforming it into an autumn chrysanthemum hotspot.
