The 2026 Gyeongnam Goseong Dinosaur World Expo is currently taking place from September 22 to November 1 at the Danghangpo Tourist Site in Goseong-gun, Gyeongnam. This year marks the 20th anniversary of the expo, featuring enhanced hands-on content for children to actively participate, alongside diverse dinosaur exhibits, performances, and outdoor attractions.
The expo operates from 9 AM to 6 PM on weekdays, and until 10 PM on weekends and certain Chuseok holidays for night openings. Specifically, a night opening and fireworks show are scheduled for Saturday, September 26. Advance ticket discounts ended on September 21, and on-site admission fees are 19,000 KRW for adults and 13,000 KRW for children. Infants under 36 months can enter for free with proof, and parking is free during the event period.
Visitors have expressed high satisfaction with interactive programs such as the Bebefin Play Park, fossil excavation, and dinosaur parades, which go beyond simply viewing dinosaur models. Many recommend arriving early in the morning and allocating at least half a day for a relaxed visit due to the extensive size of the event venue.
