IU's highly anticipated 2026 solo concert, originally planned for the latter half of the year, has been temporarily postponed. This decision was made to prioritize the artist's health and ensure the high quality of her upcoming 6th full-length album. While fans await new concert dates, the focus has shifted to securing future tickets through the official fan club, UAENA, as pre-sale access is considered essential.
The 9th generation of IU's official fan club, UAENA, is currently recruiting members from September 1st to September 14th, 2026, exclusively through the global fandom platform Berriz. Membership costs 25,000 KRW, with an optional physical fan kit available for an additional 15,000 KRW. Existing 8th-generation UAENA members are eligible for a 5,000 KRW discount coupon. In the interim, CGV is re-screening two of IU's concert films: "The Golden Hour" from September 9th to 15th, and "The Winning" from September 16th to 22nd.
Local bloggers emphasize the critical role of fan club membership for concert ticket access, noting that during previous general sales, hundreds of thousands of hopeful attendees faced long queues and immediate sell-outs. They advise fans to join the 9th UAENA within the specified period to secure pre-sale eligibility, which is seen as the most reliable way to obtain tickets once new concert dates are announced.
